Elf Outpost Liason, claims he is from the mountainhomes?

So yeah this is weird, the elven caravan just arrived in Spring as usual, but they brought with them an elf outpost liason, who is claiming he's from the Mountainhomes. Take a look:

Still, the fact that the elves bring a liason (unless thats a diplomat) is pretty damn cool.
