Upgrading a modded version

hi, very newbie here  :o

I'm playing on 31.10 with Phoebus Tileset.

Now I'd like to upgrade to 31.12 to have that damn barony, but I don't want to lose my current fortress (and current world)

How can I do that? Tried to look in the forums/wiki but couldn't find anything

Easiest way would be to download the new 31.12 phoebus version and copy your save game folder over.
