Dumb question: list of dwarves

Just started to get back into this after...possibly more than a year.  And man, it's easy to forget the learning cliff of this game.  I'm sure there are a million things I need to know that I don't realize - most of them probably can be found either here or on the wiki though.  But there's one thing, one really dumb, probably obvious thing, that I can't find anywhere and is really bugging me immediately.  I just got my first immigrants and my fortress is quickly turning into an organizational free-for-all. So I need to know:  how do I view a list of my dwarves?

Not the jobs thing, that shows all the dwarves somewhere in there, but that's a terrible way to see everyone - especially if there are a bunch of jobs still unassigned.
Not the status thing, that just shows every type of dwarf.
Just a list.  Of the dwarves that exist.

It should be so simple, but I can't find it anywhere.  And the generalness of the question makes it nigh impossible to search for online. ("view dwarves"?  Turn on the game and you see dwarves lol!):|  So, any help here would be much appreciated.

Because they allow me to view and cross reference all dwarves and their skills at once? It get's pretty vital being able to do so after you have 50+ dwarves.

Well if you remove the [MULTIPLE_LITTER_RARE] tag from dwarves I think they have like 2-4 children each time they give birth. And if you get enough mothers up on the pillars you can probably get a good waterfall going.
