I think the problem is with SS. They were a paramilitary organization made of members of the nazi party, and they were involved in the most horrible things.

the army mostly did army duty. They still had a big war to fight. Not saying that EVERYONE in the nazi army was innocent, but I doubt it was much worse than most armies.

Actually, I agree with the sentiment that german soldiers weren't meaningfully different than those of other nations. I just find it hilarious that the conversation went "lol koticks just doing his job? LIKE A NAZI SOLDIER LOL" immediately to "the nazi soldiers weren't that bad you know".

I agree, german soldiers weren't that bad, being a german soldier didnt make you a nazi.

Because he's a time traveller, journeying back in time to sabotage the past's greatest gaming series. y'see in the future mankind has died out, the entire race has atrophied because of how awesome video games have become. Every man woman and child retreated into their alternate lives in the diablo/arcraft/starcraft/call of duty/guitar hero/etc MMO multiverse.

Only one man had the sheer unadulterated hatred for video gaming that was necissary to resist what was universally hailed as the greatest game ever created. So he travelled back in time to stop it's creation.

In a way, he's humanities last great hero... We must stop him at all costs.
