Please claim publicly and at least two days in advance, providing block number(s) and planned intention if any. This is to prevent nasty surprises awaiting people who have things in mind for certain blocks, and to make building a pleasant experience for everyone.

Remember also that these are city blocks, not individual buildings.  Modelling a real city block, such as with several buildings and alleyways, is recommended.

Lord, might I propose the purposes between pink and orange be reversed?  There is surprisingly little space for docks allotted, and I don't see people wanting to cross through the industrial section to get to the park.

Although it's not on the map, I'd like to claim about half of the block directly south of block 45. I guess I'd call it block 55?

The intent is to build the temple there. As it's close to both civic and residential buildings I think it's a suitable building to add there. As well it's a location I've already surveyed and inquired about.
