Nice job, OJ. I'll have to work a bit on the tracks to make them look better, but it's nice to see it all functioning.

To whoever left a tower of gravel and cobble in the GC courtyard: If you're going to have a look around, clean the stuff up afterwards. I just spent some time doing it for you, and quite frankly it's frustrating. You guys aren't kids and we aren't janitors, or your nannies for that matter.

Actually, I did find a utility that allows us to regenerate individual chunks. I could strip out everything but built-up chunks so we don't have to go so far to get Lapis.

The problem with this is that it tends to cause terrain "sheering" at the deleted chunks. Ordinarily, I would advise against it.


About the new update, that everyone on the server should know:

· If you are using a texture pack, get an update for it, there are a large number of new blocks.
· There is now a Redstone Repeater block: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Redstone_Repeater
· There are new slab blocks!
· Pressure plates now only take two of their respective materials instead of one.

[anotheredit]Turns out the new slabs use existing textures, and do not need updating. Repeaters are invisible, and redstone is graphically horrid, if you are using an incompatible texture pack.[/anotheredit]

I know, right? I've been wanting these things for so long! And I didn't even use redstone a whole lot, before! Probably still won't, but it's the idea that counts, right? This really saves on space!
