I hope that wasn't me. I was wandering around looking for some interesting geological formation to build around when I started getting some really bad lag. I managed to reach the top of the next mountain, but when I peered over it to see what was on the other side it was like the game said, "Oh, look. It's crazy world now. Nothing makes sense! Cows climb giant, transparent lava tubes twisting through the light blue void where a mountain used to be!" Then the ground suddenly reappeared, and a few moments later the entire Minecraft window turned black. I had to end-task, but at least it didn't take my computer down with it this time. I don't think SMP likes me very much.

Sorta is the best way to describe it-- as of the patch prior to this one, I am not sure if it improved or worsened. Essentially they work in my experience, but accelerating too fast in them can make the server lose track of you. And then bad things.

Is it a different map or the same one? We had a crash, so it may simply have failed to load the map. Otherwise, we had a rollback, in which case some changes have been lost.

Agh. I modified my treehouse to the sky's limit(literally), which that is gone, and it took me 5 hours. Ah, well.

Edit: Just a weird observation: my inventory didn't rollback.

Second edit: The guy who goes by Labs, if you see this, when you gave me my stuff back after I died, some of it was accidentally recaptured back into your inventory before you logged out.

Third edit: Also, don't jump on fences.. It's very hard to get off of them. Very buggy.
