I believe there is a 12 part application process that is easy and only takes a few days to complete, well a couple hours each day over a few days to complete the application for the 34 digit code. Unless things have changed, I got mine a month ago and it may have gotten more strict.

As you can see, the ISP has been bitching out a lot with the unusual lag spikes that even maintain over a while.

Huh. Problems started at 1:00 PM, Eastern time, and it's been getting worse for the (almost) seven hours since.

Could have something to do with the number of people playing, though. There's been 3+ people there ever since I joined. Or maybe a memory leak server-side - given how incomplete SMP is, it wouldn't surprise me if there were a few leaks floating around the code. Or it could be the ISP being a &*%^, too, but I'd rather focus on the other options because we can reasonably do something about them.
