PTTG McMyAdmin is fully Mono compatible according to the dev. If you're still interested in it, I think it could be useful for OPs to restart the server and things when you're not around.

While you're at it, I'll drop in a request for Bukkit Essentials . It takes a bit more work that most mods but it's, well, essential for the game. It also has numerous nifty commands that most consider to be "default in Bukkit".
