I'll talk to TheHengeProfit. There are two policies we can take from this.

1: Before changing something that could effect someone else's work, talk to them first.

2: Mods: Mod is short for moderator. Someone who is moderate. Someone cool, calm, and collected. Don't mod mad, and importantly, don't simply destroy something. You need to explain a why something is bad, and offer the player a chance to explain why they did something. If no-one minds, it's generally best to let things be.

DwarfWalrus: You're welcome back whenever you like, and we'll see about either fixing the structure or having you build something new elsewhere.

I will remove what has been done. However, it is not solely that I was in a bad mood, particularly for having been griefed, but that the action was requested upon me.

No ACTUAL damage has been done, and all of the ice will be removed, on my account. I have no ill will, and have removed my home from Port Royal.

If someone had informed me of this. Then I would of observed your wishs. Instead I get kicked. Log back in. And upon finding out why turning OFF my mod. Then getting banned? No warnings seems a bit strict.

Any chance I could be allowed in on a good behaviour bond? I promise to not activate any hacks. (while I am on this topic would a minimap be considered a punishable hack? Because that is all that was active at the time of my banning. ) oh and I hate to correct you moderator. But I was kicked first then banned. I would not break into a server 15 secs after being banned if I wanted to do harm. Duh.

To sum it up
I would like a pardon on the condition that I deactivate my modifications before I join. Thank you very much.

Lets all just put the amphitheater back together and move on with it... nothing underneath the ice is damaged, so it should be alright.
