If an op could spawn an infinite water pool and various farms, and handed out some iron then people could make most things by themselves.

EDIT: thinking about it, this would obviously require some changes to allow water to spread in the nether. If an op could place ice maybe?

Probably the best idea would be to have spawn and several chunks around it be normal, preferably with diverse biomes, and then let the rest be nether. Due to the lack of space and resources, the normal terrain would have to become some kind of giant quarry, with the nether for building.

Port Royal may be bigger, I'm not sure.

Port Royal has IllinVillian, ThatNinjaGuy, Thanotus, TheHengeProphet (me), a house of ClaySpider's, and a floating garden out back by Jackknife530.

That makes 6.

We were thinking about turning the tower in Port Royal into a trading centre. So... we'll see what happens.
