Uh, it's an apple. They give some health, and are normally only found in dungeons, and even then only rarely.

Which are ridiculous to make, but fill up all 10 hearts. You need 81 gold bars to make them, or 9 gold blocks, and an apple.

I'm not seeing any responses on the console. I can connect to the IP just fine though... make sure you're using "planehacked.no-ip.org".

Give it annother try. If that doesn't work, try 71.142.51.176. That should work for the time being, but after a couple days it won't.

Uh, no.  That bug destroyed the chunks entirely if they were modified (IE taking iron out of a furnace), it didn't prevent them from being updated.
