Edit : self reporting, as I pretty sure it's legal to post such information here (I'm not posting the document just stating it exist) but doesn't know if the moderator want to deal with it. Will repost if I 'm allowed. Locking meanwhile.

Re edit : Ok it's in all newspaper now, so I guess it doesn't make sense to lock any more.

Yeah... It's been in the news for days now. It's not like anyone doesn't know about it at this point. NPR was even doing an analysis of the analyses this morning.

I actually only found out today.  Technically anyways. 

A friend was talking about it yesterday, I was thinking, 'yea that stuff happens'... and it just didn't connect till now.

A lot of those cases are British too, if you look at the map.  Most of them appear to be civilians trying to run roadblocks.
