You take a look around and notice a tall building nearby, you head in it and take the elevator up to the top of the roof.

"They had to fill out a form to visit you, I think they said that they were from the government or something. If you take me back to the hospital I can get that form for you."

"Look, I'll let you go once I get that form." you inform her before setting off down the elevator again.

You cross the street, enter the hospital and she springs out of your grip towards the front desk. She searches through folder and eventually holds a piece of paper in the air.

"Aha!" She shouts.

You take a few paces across the white room and snatch the paper off her. It reads:

Name of patient: Frederick Lavigne
Reason for visit: Patient is a wanted criminal
