Mishy was the nickname of this young chubby girl i used to know. She was a complete attention whore but i thought her name was cute. I remember when she started smoking, she'd post with one hand on her hip, the other at her mouth with the fag then pretend to breath in and try to hold back a choking cough as a tiny bit of smoke went into her throat.

Avatar was the first interesting thing i found after deciding not to use my usual internet persona.

I came up with Euld from playing with legos.  I built a small lego city that was protected by Jedi.  One Jedi (the hero of course) was blue, had a blue wizard's hat, and a blue lightsaber.  One day, I thought "gee, he needs a name, let's see if I can come up with something..."  Started with "blue."  Reversed it to "eulb."  Reversed the b, so it became a d.  Then I preceeded to pronounce it as "ee-old," when grammatically it's more like "you-old."

Avatar?  Random baby picture + glasses.  I guess I should change it soon.  Hmm!

Typing in random letters at an "enter username here" thing forever ago until I got something acceptable.  I came to regret it as nobody else can spell it, apparently.  I'm not the village from Saving Private Ryan.
I can't remember why I made my avatar.  I think it has something to do with what would happen if you played SMB in Adventure mode.
