Bwa ha ha ha aha hahah ha ha ha!
I am watching
Star Trek Discovery because I've never watched and, why not.
In a scene when a character is debugging some code, the code looks like this:
v5 = GetModuleHandleW(L"NTDLL.DLL");
v4 = GetProcAddress(v5,"ZwSetInformationFile");
It is freaking Windows API code! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
I had heard this show was... controversial in the Trek universe but... HAHAHAHAHAHA what a terrible lack of care about the subject material!
I paused the screen because I saw a bunch of DWORD on the screen and I was like... no way... no, no way....
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
EDIT: WTF, they even repeated (heh) a time-loop episode. Although
Bringing Harry Mudd in is kind of fun.
EDIT 2: Ok
Discovery is actually pretty good. (Just started season 2).
EDIT 3: Ugh worst StarTrek Character I've ever experienced seems like they're going to feature prominently in season 4... I really am not impressed with the dead blue-haired trill person or the "alive" trill partner. They are both trying way too hard; the overacting comes across as extraordinarily sappy. Season 3 was not nearly as good as season 2. On average it was OK, but it was a cacophony of really good and really bad.
EDIT 3a: Why do the ships in the
Discovery universe appear to be made out of rocks? Every time there is a battle or damage... like literal boulders are falling around.
