I just finished watching Locke and Key Season 1.

This is a Netflix show about some kids who find a bunch of magical keys with suspiciously specific powers, and then get chased by a monster who wants the keys.
Unfortunately the story is full of plot holes and ridiculous coincidences, on top of the absurd premise. I'm going to call this one barely watchable.

Apparently Netflix has already greenlit two more seasons. I may or may not continue watching, depending on if anything else is on at the time.

Just finished watching The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 3.

This show had a bit of a rough start, but has consistently gotten better since then. Season 3 introduced several new gods and their cults, greatly expanding upon the lore of the world and allowing the characters to explore some interesting new paths.

There's at least one more season on it's way, and I'm looking forward to it.

Watched some of Miraculous Ladybug. Basically it's a French Sailor Moon-inspired show, originally a co-production with Toei (the company behind Sailor Moon) in 2D, but switched to 3D, and the 3D is done pretty well. I'd recommend it for people who want something Sailor-Moon-ish but modern. Definitely a lot better than the Sailor Moon remakes.

I watched the first episode of Ozark season 3 yesterday!
Had to stop myself from watching more, since I've been excited for this for so long and I don't want to blitz through it and have to start waiting for a new season all over again. So far it's pretty bloody good, though one would expect nothing less.   

This show is so fucking good. Funny to see Jason Bateman directing and starring in this and... well, if you've watched much of his stuff in the past and watch this, you'll see how it's kind of, I don't know, almost a culmination of his acting career and his usual kind of roles.   
I reckon it's up there with Breaking Bad and The Wire as one of the greatest crime dramas I've seen. It hits some similar notes to Breaking Bad at times, but from a very different angle. Also, characters you come to love (or hate, or even both) and lashings of some beautifully dark comedy here and there.

The Magicians has ended after 6 seasons.

I'm sad to see it go, but glad that I got to thoroughly enjoy every minute of this excellent show.  So long, Fillory.

I don't remember any of the goofy ones, so they must have all been early.

I was worried when I saw there was going to be a change in the cast, but it turns out they were just sort of spoiling their own show. It's nothing that would surprise anyone who had seen the last episode of the previous season, anyway.

Yeah, it's getting more regularly serious over time. Also getting harder to watch several in a row. Maybe those goofy episodes helped.

Dude was also a minister (religious type) who preached that because all people were created by god, you must accept all people as they are. I've met so many of the crazy death-cult Christians that that is the toughest part to believe exists. Dude was awesome.
