civ? civ? i don't have civ... does steam have civ?

Civ 3 complete is dirt cheap on steam.

Civ 4 complete/pack is still very affordable.

Don't forget Freeciv, it would help fetch Civ users together being free and all. (There is also Freecol if you like your nation yelling and scamming you.)

I believe we're talking about full scale colonisation here.  You don't just leave all your shit in the van when you move house.

Yeah, But Freeciv is a bit hard to learn. plus there are multiple versions of it.

I know it's unrealistic, but I can't help but imagine little bearded babies for dwarves. In my mind, they come out of the womb fully bearded. That's how the mother carries them around, too, she just drags them around by the beard or ties it to her belt. When the father's on duty, he just ties their beards together and the baby just kind of hangs there, swinging to and fro with Urist McDaddy's movements.

I can honestly say I had an easier time learning DF than Freeciv. DF's interface usually makes sense, and is largely intuitive. I found the FreeCiv interface clunky and hard to use.

Here's how it was to me (being the hardest...mainly because my units won't train..) 2010 Df > Freecol > FreeCiv > 40d DF  I actually find these harder ones easy, but then again i can fail at pong so.... (And don't even ask about Tetris.)

Always.
As people expressed interest in repeating this event or maybe even make it a recurring event, I considered making an update sometime.

Too bad I'm quite busy right now.

So still enough people interested?

Smaller maps shall be used.
We can launch several games simultaniously.

You can play along, as long as you don't ragequit like last time...

I just figured out how to play Wesnoth without sucking too badly. Sure, looking forward to a game. Are you guys on IRC or anything to organize this? Have a class for the next 8 and a half hours... it's not exactly night in australia :P
