Ooh, that one looks nifty. Still, grindfest isn't something I normally enjoy doing (I'm barely into the fourth chapter of Disgaea, so I'm not tired of it yet), and I still don't think a PSP is a worthwhile investment, regardless of available games.

Yes, hence why I said the PSP isn't a good investment. Though whether or not a DSi is better than a DS is an odd little question - it's really difficult to choose for someone who's still playing good GBA games.

The DS phat is better.

For playing classic PS1 games, the PSP is better.

Can you play Infinite Space using a DS emulator flawlessly (free of glitches and technical problems)? If yes, which one works best? I googled it and DSEmu v.095 works best but have 15 secs white-screen delay when using elevator. Does anyone know something google did not tell me?

I'm getting sound issue with No$Zoomer (latest version). Is this normal? Any way to fix it? I've tinkered with the setting to no avail.

EDIT: Problem solved. I unchecked EX05 in OTHERS Menu. It runs smooth now!

It's very simplistic, but yeah, it's a nice game.

I've been addicted to Disgaea for obvious reasons... I've been collecting items with good residents and putting them all in a single rarity 2 sword... I bet the item world will be hard as well when I go level it.

I'm currently playing My World, My Way which is a pretty much normal RPG except you play a spoiled princess whose pouting is so mighty it can warp the very fabric of time and space. By pouting you can create some affects that are basically cheats, like temporary *2XP from battle or +/-10 levels to enemy monsters. Later in the game you can skip entire quests by pouting. Outdoor maps are a grid system and you can change any non-unique squares to any terrain you've already been to by pouting (such as turning a field into a volcano). The writing's pretty good and the character concept's pretty unique.

Only part that really detracts is the stat gain system. You get stats from leveling up but to raise them at an acceptable rate you have to eat food. This wouldn't be too much of a problem except you can only eat one meal per in game day (you rest in the inn like in other JRPG's). Low levels meals will only raise one stat one point per meal and higher level meals cost more than the equivalent amount of low level meals($650 per point instead of $300). The one meal per day can be fixed via a cheat but the system is still a little annoying.

I'd say give it a try, you'll know pretty quickly if you'll like it or not.
