The character sheet doesnt come with any items so do we make our own or will you upload some to put in the library?
Make your own items is what I've done.
Also, may I suggest that we use 150 points for our characters, it's not too powerful while still competent (According to the rulebook an average person can't even hit with a kick most of the time).

I'm not entirely sure how to gen; there are differences between the Lite system and the 4e book's system. Which are we using?

They're pretty much the same, just the lite one is simplified (doesn't include some skills and advantages etc.).

I don't know how to gen equipment thats balanced, if I did it i would have flaming wrist blades or something overpowered like that.

Look at the equipment section of the character rulebook. TL is the technology level at which you can use the object. We are playing TL3 (and maybe a bit of 4, but don't worry about that), so you can only buy things that are TL1, 2 or 3. Secondly there is money, you start with $1000 (unless you take a wealth advantage or disadvantage) to spend on crap. It says with each object how many $ it costs. Sticking to these rules will get you a balanced inventory. Here is an example of mine:

actually, the rules are that you can buy stuff from higher TLs, but it's prohibitively expensive, 2x per TL if I remember correctly.

I've been thinking of getting into GURPS recently, sadly nobody in my area plays it. I wonderend if any of you people on here would be kind enough to GM a game with me and some others on the forum. I have the two basic rulebooks, most if not all of the WW2 books and I have read through the lite rulebook, so I have decent knoledge of the rules.

Any takers?

that would take a LOT of points to get (would probably have to get the trait for "Transmissible race" or whatever twice for the Zombie and vampire. you'd probably not have many points to add to your character after that.
