that you could definitely do, what with the narrow corridors. it would be somewhat hard keeping them together as you corralled the others there, but with time, it is possible.
GAME MECHANICS!
how do you guys think I should handle a huge swarm of rats? should I keep them in seperate swarms, or make a huge swarm with (6*4) health and 4 attack?

Leon scatters some food at his feet, takes out a flute and plays a jaunty melody, attempting to (through a combination of animal handling [17] and musical skill [18 when involving animals]) cause all the rats to gather together. Once they're grouped together, he'll gently take a step back (while still playing) and gesture to Daveth to strike.

The skill for using music to manipulate others is Musical influence. you could attempt to use those skills in combination, though it would give you a negative for success on both, and would require that both pass for it to work.

Ah, okay. I don't think that was in the Lite book (so I don't have it). Would I only succeed on a critical or is there a default for it?
If there's some kind of default (better than just critically succeeding) I'll do that, making a roll against my flute skill and using luck with the musical influence roll.

Otherwise I'll scrap the Pied Piper routine and just try to lure them out with food and stuff. :D

You begin to play and... (2+1+1=4) play perfectly. because you critted on your flute check, i'll waive the second roll. you manage to gather all the rats in the blast radius of the mages exploding fireball. as soon as you finish, ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE OPENS FIRE ON THE MASSIVE GROUP OF RATS! i'm assuming ranged attacks for everyone that has one.
ALPHA-001: 1d+5 max 2 = 2
DAVETH: Your fireball impacts, damaging the swarm for 5. (AOE spell ignores diffuse)
KYRBY: 1d=5-1=4 max 2=2 [took 5 damage]
TRAVIS: 1-3<0=0 you manage to bounce a knife off a rat's hide.
LEON: (Pied Piper Routine)
MASSIVE RAT SWARM: d00d, nice tu-HOLYSHITTHEYSHOTVINNIE! (surprised) [Took 9 damage]
Sorry for being gone for a while, went to gamestop+Dollar Tree.
