You arrive at the address well before the others. when you arrive, you see a large warehouse, probably used to store goods and supplies before they get shipped out to other islands. it is approximately 50 feet long and 20 wide, so it should not take that long to search.

Upon entering the building, you notice that it is laid out in rows, with rows of crates taking up most of the space, with small corridors between them. you hear a lot of scratching about, and smell rats. about 4 dozen of them seem to be wandering around in here, attracted by the grain currently stored here. do you want to attack one of the swarms?

you guys arrive a few minutes after Kyrby, so after he kills a rat swarm or two, you arrive. he can also wait for you, which I would recommend, as the pyro's AOE attacks to full damage.

While you could lure them away, or chase them out, that would be less useful to you, as you are being payed by the head.
