Rough Gem tile - Where in the raws to change it?

The wiki indicates that rough gems can be remapped from the ☼ tile, but I cant figure out where to make this change... Halp? :)

Have you tried to add [ITEM_TILE:xx]?  thats how ores do it...

It's actually [ITEM_SYMBOL:xx] for the ores, but that doesnt seem to work for gems. Also tried ITEM_TILE but again no joy :(

It is just [TILE:...]

Is that not the tile used for gems still embedded in rock? I want to change the lump of rough gem that results from mining...

Well I could see the tile number was already set to a different symbol than the one I'm trying to change so I was pretty sure, but I just tried and it definitely is.
