I believe you can get Eevees, just not through normal means (capturing it as a wild pocket monster).

Yeah, you have to trade them in.

Also, sudden Fridge Logic.

PokeBalls operate on some kind of weird Hammerspace tech, right? And they're incredibly cheap?

I think the PokeMon world has no real problems with pollution or solid-waste management. They just shove all that stuff in PokeBalls.

Edit: Doesn't Ralts and it's evolutions have something to do with time? Or is it telepathy?

Also, Celebi. Although Azzuro might have some trouble trying to get one of them.

Probably one of the jack-assed next gen Pokemon would be time-powered, though. Like Arceus, because Arceus is, apparently, God.
