A word on my intervention.

I don't like to stop people being creative - I've no problem with that, that's the whole point of the game.  But when a massive threat to the universe comes about, it rather makes for a better conflict if someone can't simply know that it happened automatically and fix it without a clear explanation.

You are gods, but you are not omnipotent.  Solving the Rapture will likely take about as many Acts as Astra'loth put into creating the Frostfel, so the whole point is that you will either need to work together, or become strong enough to sort it out yourself.  So I don't think it's entirely reasonable for the GM to simply say "No, you're not that powerful yet."

Moving the question of how to investigate into this thread;

Yes, mortals would die in the void and the entire realm is gone.  But since the entire realm was blocked from divine view in the first place, you wouldn't automatically know it was gone, even with the link to the Ice copy of Crystal.  You could send a mortal (or group of mortals) to look for a way into Frostfel, and they could report the existence of the cracks and then you could try and do things.

Nah, Areos and his tribe are going to be God/Cultists in their own rights soon enough. I need some benevolent entity to see this as a great alliance making opportunity, even if it's not with Areos himself.

Oh, BTW, I'm not going to kill off Areos, but I con't let an iceage slide with godly grace yet, so I'm gonna have to kill off a few of my people. Luckily the tribe hasn't been defined very well, so I can afford to los 20 some odd men and women.

Also, if youdon't help me, you'll be killing childeren. Just sayin'.
