some sample random effects:

5345 Target can speak only in whale song for 1d4 hours

5895 Target has the caster’s name tattooed all over his body

0189 Any attempt to change shape will turn the caster into a rabbit

7092 Target’s entire family is arrested by royal decree

8320 All magic rings within 50 yards are now as large as hula hoops until 83 He has thwarted an assassination attempt against the king.

ok if you are -5 GMT, that makes it 18+5+10
=33 - 24 = 9

9 am for me, which gives me 3, or if i push it 3.5 hours to play before heading up to uni
but this coming week it wont be on, thankfully

he said 6pm and he also said he is gmt -5, DM has the perogitive of course, however id prefer it to either start a little earlier or be a day earlier, i'll survive if you dont however

Hey Wolfy I was looking over your guy and I had one question and one comment. Question, how do you have such high HP. Comment, you may wish to ask the DM about some of the other non SRD stuff you have there.

Never mind I looked again HP is fine.

Edit: DM how many flaws can we take? 1, 2, 89316096456190384689?

and oh yeah, sorry 1 spell and another feat wern't in the SRD, the acid splatter feat allows me to do a weak short range acid attack at will, as long as i keep an acid spell of 2nd level or higher memorised and dont cast it(i hadnt checked out the specialist wizard variants at the time, like the one that gets me a free augment summoning feat instead of scribe scroll) and whelm is a nonlethal damage spell from Player's Handbok 2

oh, i just realised i dont need spell focus(conjuration) anymore either, excuse me gotta find another feat, perhaps fey power?
FEY POWER [HERITAGE]
Your fey heritage augments the power of certain types of
magic.
Prerequisites: Nonlawful alignment, Fey Heritage.
Benefit: Your caster level and save DCs for enchantment
spells and warlock invocations increase by 1.

mostly to improve the fey skin feat, but the enchantment thing sorta fits the character

oh, acid splatter

ACIDIC SPLATTER [RESERVE]
You can channel magical energy into orbs of acid.
Prerequisite: Ability to cast 2nd-level spells.
Benefit: As long as you have an acid spell of 2nd level or
higher available to cast, you can throw an orb of acid as a
ranged touch attack. The attack has a range of 5 feet per level
of the highest-level acid spell you have available to cast and
deals 1d6 points of damage per level of that acid spell.
As a secondary benefit, you gain a +1 competence bonus
to your caster level when casting acid spells.

and the spell

Whelm
Enchantment (Compulsion) [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Beguiler 1, Sorcerer/Wizard 1
Components: V/S
Casting Time: 1 Standard action
Range: Close (25 ft +5ft/2 levels)
Target: One Living Creature
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will Negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

You thrust one arm forward toward your foe, palm open and fingers splayed. The creature reels as an invisible surge of power invades it's mind

You launch a magical assault that wears at the target's mind, dealing 1d6 points of nonlethal damage if it fail's it's saving throw.
  For every two caster levels beyond 1st, you deal an extra 1d6 points of nonlethal damage to the subject, to a maximum of 5d6 at level 9.

Also i will be happy to post or PM spell lists or feat lists, to people who want them, descriptions will follow once you decide the ones you want to look at from the lists.

Well, I used some character creator for this (so its in the wrong format) but hey, I THINK its ok. If someone could check over it to see i'm not breaking some rule or something.

i dont realy see anything illegal, but that javelin is kinda stupid if its you're only weapon, it gets consumed in 1 use

Do not forget Cloudy Conjuration and all your summoning feats.

Also you forgot your bonus spells from int.
