and oh yeah, sorry 1 spell and another feat wern't in the SRD, the acid splatter feat allows me to do a weak short range acid attack at will, as long as i keep an acid spell of 2nd level or higher memorised and dont cast it(i hadnt checked out the specialist wizard variants at the time, like the one that gets me a free augment summoning feat instead of scribe scroll) and whelm is a nonlethal damage spell from Player's Handbok 2
oh, i just realised i dont need spell focus(conjuration) anymore either, excuse me gotta find another feat, perhaps fey power?
FEY POWER [HERITAGE]
Your fey heritage augments the power of certain types of
magic.
Prerequisites: Nonlawful alignment, Fey Heritage.
Benefit: Your caster level and save DCs for enchantment
spells and warlock invocations increase by 1.
mostly to improve the fey skin feat, but the enchantment thing sorta fits the character

ACIDIC SPLATTER [RESERVE]
You can channel magical energy into orbs of acid.
Prerequisite: Ability to cast 2nd-level spells.
Benefit: As long as you have an acid spell of 2nd level or
higher available to cast, you can throw an orb of acid as a
ranged touch attack. The attack has a range of 5 feet per level
of the highest-level acid spell you have available to cast and
deals 1d6 points of damage per level of that acid spell.
As a secondary benefit, you gain a +1 competence bonus
to your caster level when casting acid spells.

You thrust one arm forward toward your foe, palm open and fingers splayed. The creature reels as an invisible surge of power invades it's mind
You launch a magical assault that wears at the target's mind, dealing 1d6 points of nonlethal damage if it fail's it's saving throw.
For every two caster levels beyond 1st, you deal an extra 1d6 points of nonlethal damage to the subject, to a maximum of 5d6 at level 9.
