I can with Adobe Illustrator but it will suck.
At least it will suck less than using regular Paint.

Phantom then has what seems to be a heart attack, and collapses onto the floor. His flesh seems to rapidly break down and form into something else, a strange, humanoid mutated fiend. 4 more tentacles burst out from under it's original ones, and that now quadruped monster emits a deafening roar, and yells out in a distorted voice.
