While MS Paint is okay at pixel art, it is one of the last program you'd want to use for the craft if any other programs were available at all to you.
Well, as far as I know it's the ONLY program that lets you draw pixel by pixel easily.

Ya.. Really, I can not off hand think of any that you can not, it is all zoom and pencils anyway.

That was MS paint, I just did not care enough so I only used a big brush.
Really? Huh, you must use the Win7 version of paint or something because mine doesn't smooth when using a big brush.

Yes that is it. That and snip are all I used.

Well, photoshop is the easy one to think of. Size 1 pencil, you can zoom in far more, and have a great deal more control over color, and then you have all sorts of added effects built in.
Nope, it's as blured as hell.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

:| I'm going to politely suggest that you don't know what you're talking about.

I, and many others, make pixel art using size 1 pencil in Photoshop, and I've never once had anything blur that I didn't want to.

Ah. PENCIL, missed that.

Still, MS paint comes out on top though, as it has a TON of tools to help improve pixel art, like lines, squares, etc. MS paint is just a ton simpler to use.

They do, it's just far easier to use in MS paint.

Agreed.

Can we be done with this silly argument?
Neat.

Though I would still use paint. It just works better for me.

Agreed.

The answer is Silhouette.

Actions so far, update in 3 and a half hours, roughly.

Tarran: Dig Phantom down and bury.
Nirur Torir: Create Ladder up.
Hugehead: Dig, Picture guide.
Bandages: Throw rocks at raven.
Japa: Attack Raven.  Jump to lake.
Zako: Move to tree, gather wood.
Criptfeind:  Dig, Picture guide.
Silhouette: ?

Turn 4

Phantoms dead eyes stare back into Tarran from above.  Out of reach, Tarran knocks down the corpse with a rock and burries him at his feet.

NiurTorir: Wanting to escape carved out some rocks to his right.  And piled them loosely under his feat.

Hugehead, seeing his friends in peril has begun his tunnel.  Narrow and straight to the point, he moves down and to the left.

Bandages, his rock in hand.  Takes aim at the Raven, the rock sails past the bird and lands on the hill near Japa.  Who, atop a tree, flung his rock at the bird, but being covered in fire as he is.  Could not keep his flailing arms steady enough to land a hit.  Desperate to douse the flames, (which would have killed him.)  Leapt from his burning tree, over the crater, (from the previous lightning strike) and landed hard into the lake.  Upon which he surfaced and found himself in no less danger.  From beneath his feet something glimmers in the night.

Zako, calmly went to the right towards the nearest tree.  And stripped it of 30 pixels of wood.  Leaving nothing but a stump in his wake.

Criptfeind began his tunnel into the soil.  It's damp condition preventing a cave in.  Thanks to the rain.

Night has covered the land and rain pelts the ground, dousing fires, creating ponds and saturating the soil.  To the far left another roar of the wild T Rex is heard, and the raven chases after Japo still, who is in the lake treading water.  He is unable to scale the right bank, and tires keeping himself afloat.

From beneath the earth, a small quake is felt.  A momentary loss of balance and all is still.

New rule discovered:  Projectile hit chance is 50% and decreases if the target is beyond 100 pixels.
New rule discovered:  Soil and Loose rock has a chance to cave in under specific circumstances.
New rule discovered:  A pixel may tread water for 2 turns, (3 if you don't jump in) including the turn it enters the water.
New rule discovered:  A pixel may be aflame for 2 turns, including the turn it is ignited.
New rule discovered:  A pixel may mine out 30 tiles per action.
New rule discovered:  Ladders or ropes cannot be constructed from stone.

EVERYONE, GET OUT OF THAT HOLE! NOW!

I climb out of the hole and try to make it safely down the hill to the right.

I have a feeling we're going to need to stick together a lot better than we've been doing if we're going to survive this.
