Battle Rifle is approximately 950 metres。
Assault Rifle is approximately 300 metres。
Tex would be more likely to use the BR。

The Assault Rifle is simply the better choice here, Tex wants close range stopping power in a jungle. It really comes down to whether her stealth is enough to let her sneak up on Mustang, who is very likely to burn anything in sight so long as it doesn't harm him in the process.

I mean, if Mustang gets hit by a burst of 7.62mm NATO (the standard ammunition for an Assault Rifle), he's fucked. Hydrostatic shock from the frickin' large rounds used, not to mention it's being fired in full auto...

I mean, SPARTANs have taken on armies of Covenant soldiers, no exaggeration. Whole armies of futuristic alien shit have fallen to the genetically modified, battle-hardened, MJOLNIR-clad badassitude that is a SPARTAN-II, and since Tex is like whoa...

In Halo 3, the Construction Workers you find in Voi can take at least half a clip before going down. I think Mustang, being a hardened war veteran, could survive at least that, especially if his coat is padded (I don't know if it is).

So, you know, Mustang has a serious fighting chance here I would say.

Those Voi workers were only able to survive half a clip because of game mechanics.

It all depends on the GM/whatever we call the d00d overseeing this.

Besides, 1 shot with the human pistol to the head can kill most of your human allies.

Tex wins this easy. If she could take down Luke and Terra without being seen then mustang won't stand a chance. He can only keep up a wall of fire around himself for so long before he runs out of air.

But remember dragnar, he doesn't need to keep up a wall as if it were some kind of shield. Just send it out like a wave to fry Tex's shields. Mustang would never find her without the fire, but with it he can do it.

The difference between the two, is that as the battle goes on Gilgamesh's wounds will only make him more powerful, while Ajax shall weaken. If he lifts his arms for even a second, those blood cannons are gonna rip him apart.
