@Aurix: Gilgamesh in the Epic is almost exactly like Hercules in abilities, except maybe more powerful and uses swords, and a few other things maybe.

Is he weak to fire? If so, he's in.

Ok, I'm trying this one more time: Snikrot, leader of the Red Skull kommando.

Oddly specific criteria you have...

You're just trying to give your character an advantage aren't you?

...come to think of it, my character is a fire mage primarily, though she can cast anything.

Good, then lets pit Mustang against Terra Bradford!

Mustang would win that. Sorry, but while Terra is a good mage, Mustang can and has burned down entire cities. And this was back when he was a rookie.

EDIT: Will this be taken to a vote? Because I have a (possibly) better idea, based on The Root of All Evil.

Each person that presents a character, in their round, will present their case to the OP as to why their character would win in a fight with the other. The OP will judge based on evidence, and rule on the winner. If he thinks it's a tie, it will be put to the Jury (everyone else) to decide.

Terra can and has circled the globe several times in a minute and destroyed battalions of magitech soldiers without a scratch. And this was back when she couldn't control her powers.

Magitech soldiers are just that, soldiers. Mooks. Maybe Elite Mooks, but Mooks. Mustang is a total powerhouse and has killed that which cannot be killed. Two of them, in fact. He has probably the highest kill count in the series excluding Kimbley if we count Ishval. That and his incredible pain tolerance put him at the advantage of being able to put out a higher amount of damage while avoiding any sent at him, while also being able to ignore all but the worst of injuries.

You know, yours is starting to sound like he is overpowered for this tournament.

And Terra isn't? He's not superhuman, he's just a badass.

EDIT: And it's my job to make him sound as powerful as possible, particularly if the OP likes my suggestion.

@Aurix: Gilgamesh in the Epic is almost exactly like Hercules in abilities, except maybe more powerful and uses swords, and a few other things maybe.

Also, I meant the first part of the saga when he was actually a young boy, not after an old enemy of his inadverdently turned him into a kid again. In any case he was powerful even then.
All right.  Gilgamesh is in.  Is there a Dragonball wiki or something you could provide a link to?

this one is not a chapter master, but i still think he is cool so
Canis wolfborn
if you reject this, i prommise no more space wolves
Seems reasonable.  Accepted

Can someone explain Dr. Alto Clefs combat abilities to him, or should I just use Dmitri instead?

Just to confirm, he's a normal human, if somewhat psychotic, correct?

Ok, I'm trying this one more time: Snikrot, leader of the Red Skull kommando.
Accepted.  No more 40k characters from now on though.

Yes (Well, sort of), and Accepted.

EDIT: Will this be taken to a vote? Because I have a (possibly) better idea, based on The Root of All Evil.

That's basically it.  Only real difference is that anyone can present an argument, not just the people who submitted the character.

New rule added:  Maximum of two characters from a given series.

Mustang destroyed cities with a fake philosopher's stone. He's not nearly that strong without one. The only reason Terra might lose is her emotional instability and lack of experience. Her fire powers are also under a lot less control, but in terms of raw power/damage soaking she has mustang beat. But lets save any more arguing for once the fights start.
