Hmm. Would PS be able to bring his window with him and the battery pack, and if so, would the portal properties still work? Cause if it did, it would give PS an advantage because he would be able to gain assistance from Ace Dick and Pickle Inspector through it.

PS hands down. Mustang is a bad ass but I do not think he can stand up to the immortal warrior of charisma.

Mustang. The only ability PS has that could stand up to Roy is Sepulcritude. Which is a suicide attack, so it's banned(I think). PS is really only powerful because of his friends help, without them he can't do much against Roy's explosions and walls of flame.

Sepulchritude isnt a suicide attack. taxing but you can survive. Charisma win over.

That is sad that you think that is all he can do. That is not even his most powerful move and it is not a suicide attack. Besides I think Gambit Schema - Candy Corn Vampire followed by ARMISTYX will take out the opposition quite well.

I'd forgotten about that... Candy Corn Vampire would certainly level the playing field, making him fast enough to dodge almost anything, plus death's scythe for offense. Roy would still win though, as it has a very limited duration during which Roy could easily shield himself with flames to just wait it out.

I'd still say Sepulcritude is a suicide attack. PS was in the process of dying after using it, and probably would not have recovered without help.

I've just realised I'm not going to be able to champion my character due to the fact that I'm off on holiday tomorrow morning. That's annoying.

I do have to wonder how much some flames are going to help him. I think just some DIPLOMACY would solve all his silly fire problems.
