We'll want to be careful. The bear is obviously a psychological crutch of some sort.

Anyway, I say we work on making the men respect you, or shit their pants in terror at the thought of you. Ideally both, but whatever boosts our self esteem more, really. We are a Commissar, damn it, if the IG have balls of steel, it's because they know it's the only way to prevent us from breaking them.
