Can nobles be modded to be 'available for slaughter'?
« on: July 17, 2010, 11:17:42 pm »

I know that dwarves can be dragged into a butcher's shop and slaughtered under certain circumstances, but... is there any way to mod nobles (or even dwarves in general) so that they can be marked 'available for slaughter'?

It would make things rather more... convenient... at times.

You could have berries on the rocks and the dwarves would say it was "berry gneiss."
You should die horribly for this. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

you cant mod that in without breaking/bugging various stuff.

if you dont like nobles, why not simply mod them out then?

Make a caste of dwarves without the [INTELLIGENT] tag. They won't be able to do much, but you can slaughter them. If you make the noble positions appointable and only appoint your brain-dead dwarves, you can feast upon Baron.

Just arrange an Unfortunate Accident. None too difficult with a lever designated for that noble, and that noble only, along with some magma and floodgate or something attached to the lever.

Or drop them in a pit of spikes.

Why not a bridge-a-pult into water/magma?

That's... surprisingly logical, given that we're talking about nobles.
