I'm cool with you taking the captain position if you get bumped down, by the way. It's not like it involves any special duties or privileges besides having different text in your options file, and maybe making some rousing speeches or something.

Aaaaand welcome Berserker! That brings our first team, the Soapers, legitimately full. If you (Quinnr and the others in the team) feel the name and setup of the team is good, add the appropriate line in your options file (# TEAMCAPTAIN quinn). And oh yeah, unlike last year, let's have the team names with underscores. Bay12_Soapers and so forth. Look's better on the
score list.

Looks fun, I have made it to lair so I guess I could be a miners but the Soapers look like so much fun with Quinnr as the captain. Also I guess it depends on what you call close to a rune cause I have been in to a rune bearing branch so if that counts I could be a Blacksmith. Because the Blacksmiths have so few People I can join them if not throw me in with any of the lower levels. If you check my records the recent ones have been bad but thats because I was doing temple dives to try to find a Sif altar quickly then retreat to level one. Quite the rush to realize your on dungeon level 7 and only level 1.
Here is my best which has made it to swamp With poison resistance but sadly got surrounded because of a bad teleport.

Sign me up, now that I've gotten online working again - have been playing Tiles since last year's tournament, lol. CAO and CDO name is christhawk, level is somewhere in the middle. I find the Lair a lot but I've never lived long enough to see the Vaults.
edit: I played on CAO last year, but I've been running CDO to play 0.7 recently. I'll be back on CAO as soon as 0.7 is actually released - better speed on the right continent.

@Soulwynd, are you playing, as you weren't heard from since the first comment?
@Mr. Person, you are so knowledgeable of the game that I think you'd be best suited on the Blacksmiths team, but the move isn't absolutely necessary if Soulwynd isn't in.
P.S. After my stupid death as a
MDFi (Peeking into the Crypt and taking on Nergalle, going against my rule of playing this particular character extremely safe), I've decided that I'll definitely be happier on Blacksmiths, so I'm now the Captain of that and Dr.Feelgood will be leading the Champions. Here's my final clause though: If the Champions are still lacking a player when the tournament starts, I'll hop on to fill the gap and try to not fall too much behind on points.
