That's not too creepy, it's the Flood from Halo. Seriously, almost a exact copy. Everything different is superficial at best.

I've always wondered exactly what speed it moves at, because I can't see a concrete statue moving ~100 MPH.

Needs direct line of sight. Even if it moves slowly its gonna freak you out when it gets slightly closer when you blink.

I often have dreams where it busts through the wall Kool-aid man style and I gathermy entire family to watch it while I call the cops. I don't tell them alot (who would come to check out a "living statue"? The Nice Men In White Coats?), but I make it sound urgent enough to attract them. When they show up, I get everyone to blink and it appears right next to one of the cops who of course flips the fuck out. After that the dream usually shifts to something else. One time, though, I remember someone dressed sort of like Neo from the matrix giving me a little white pill, but then the dream ended...

173 is intensely creepy. It's the original SCP, it's supposed to be something of an eldritch abomination, it's constantly clawing at the walls of it's cell when it's not being observed, and even 682 is afraid of it. 173 can't kill it, of course, but it's still afraid of it.

Also, people that really piss off the higher ups of the foundation get thrown into it's cell to be executed by it.

Oddly enough, there's one SCP that's a man that vehemently believes he's the last person alive in the whole world. He tried committing suicide by entering 173's cell, but 173 either couldn't notice him or refused to attack him for whatever reason.
