I second learning braille.  I've always wanted to be able to read in the dark :)

you can brew your own gourmet rootbeer. Supplies are available at any homebrew shop.

Woodcarving can be rewarding and useful. Tying flies for fly fishing can be fun and lucrative as you can sell them for $0.50 to $3.00 each.

Do you have any idea what you want to do for a career when you grow up? Try learning something that will prove useful(even indirectly) later in life.

I would also suggest sailing. I haven't really sailed, not seriously, but I was given the basics whilst on holiday in Fiji and left to zip all over the place like a madman.

It wasn't a sailboat, but it was fun as hell.

Make a list of foods you like, both familiar and exotic, and then learn how to cook them.

I have to second Footkerchiefs advice. Learn to cook well. It's useful in that you don't have to rely on burgers and greasy delivered pizza once you live in your own place. And the girls love men who are able to prepare them a nice dinner. It really improves the quality of your life.
Speaking of pizza: Learn to make your own pizza from scratch, it's fun, cheap and tastes a million times better than anything you can get delivered or out of the freezer.

For the alcohol guys, keep in mind that the OP's profile says he is 12.

I don't see how that's a problem. If I remember correctly, he eats sharp objects.

Or was that Realmfighter? No idea.

Perhaps he's too busy learning to cook whilst sailing and getting taught Lojban.

I second (or fifth, as the case may be) the cooking suggestion. When I was bored as a kid, I read encylopedias and cookbooks.
