Military Bug?

This is something I've run into several times in 31.10, and it's really annoying.

Essentially, I order my military to attack something, and instead they run halfway to whatever it is, and then back to the barracks. Then, they run halfway out, and back again, and this cycle continues for a while. Eventually, they get their shit together and go kill it, but meanwhile it's been terrorizing my populace.

I think, and I'm not sure, but I think it's related to one member of the squad being busy (for example, sleeping) and the others won't go out until he's with them.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so, I'll submit it to the bug tracker.

Occasionally, my soldiers respond to a kill order (once they're already out of the barracks) by returning inside, then promptly turning back around to go outside, which sounds similar to what you're describing. Again, though, this happens relatively rarely and the "move" command is a good alternative--but, yes, military pathing could use some work, although I'm sure everyone was aware of that.

the kill command sucks... ur better off giving a move order near what u want killed
