Date of engraving and artifact creators

A small suggestion. When loo[k]ing at an engraved floor or wall the description could include the date the engraving was made. In a long lived fort I can't keep track of the names of my past engravers.

Also artifact descriptions could include the name of their creator. I often want to build or display an artifact in the room of it's creator, but can't remember who it was! The same information is available with [v] [g]

Should it use a date or just a general indication such as late Slate of 382?
