positive syndrome

is there a means that by which I could make a syndrome with positive side effects?

If you mean things like attribute buffs or stimulants, the tags for those don't exist yet and the only syndrome tags are negative ones. A few are non-life threatening by themselves though.

What do you really need to turn Elves into Dwarves? Mutation could make them grow a beard; insanity effects could make them evil-minded, aggressive, tree-hating cave dwellers, and instant, full necrosis of their lower legs could make them short.

if you use a fun idea of positive then maybe unconscious and numbness will help.
or you can have your muscles swell up.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.
