Elian & Alton:  [PSYCH: 2, 14]  Unfortunately, the story doesn't go down nearly as well with this crowd, who take extreme offense at your racial stereotypes.  Fortunately, Alton is still wearing his beard and ethnic clothing and is able to pick up the story half-way once it becomes clear dwarves are ready to start throwing food at Elian.  The same story, told by one of 'their own', goes down much better.  Go figure.  Alton has three rounds bought for him.

Ner'run: [TAC: 4]  You try and pick some pockets, but your clumsy fingers get in the way again.  Fortunately, although some people are nudged by someone they can't quite place, your spell holds.  This time.

Trun:  You ask around the bar for someone who feels like a spot of fisticuffs.  Only one dwarf agrees who, unlike the rest of the bar's patrons, is only two thirds your size rather than half.  He's just as broad as you, though, and much fatter.  Looks like he can take a bit of punishment.

The dwarf, Iton, lays out the rules simply; first down for a count of ten loses, no weapons, furniture is allowed (and here the bardwarf cuts in to say that if you break it, you buy it), only the two of you fighting.  He also suggests you up the ante and place a bet on it.

Fortunately, this is a bartering economy, and the dwarf hasn't even heard of the idea of currency.  It's a pretty new idea amongst orcs as it is.  He puts up some mining equipment against all of your pelts; a small one-handed pickaxe suitable for light mining or prospecting, and a large coil of rope.  You can probably trade it somewhere that needs mining equipment, you guess.

OOC:  Because of how long it would take to pull off turn-by-turn combat, post four combat actions (defensive, offensive, whatever you feel necessary) that you are going to try and carry out.  Elian and Ner'run's rolls may contribute to the success of your effort.

Ner'run:  How would you like to try and help him cheat?
