Extra fix'd

Toady made the game, his words are canon.
Threetoe is his brother, a moderator and fellow dev, albeit more in a theme sense than a programming one.
Foot is the personified avatar of the forum's search engine, helps run the bug tracker, and is the closest thing to a moderator we have outside the Adams brothers.
Baughn & Veroule have been working on the graphics update; they are the only outside people who have actually seen DF source code, albeit only a certain section of it. If they say something about the game's graphical capabilities, listen.
Fox has taken over development of an older Toady project, Liberal Crime Squad, and is moderator on that forum only.

No one else has any real weight, only e-peen.

You know, I would think you'd include Jonathan S. Fox in there somewhere. Even if he does only have moderator power in the LCS forum, it's more than anyone outside of the Adams brothers has.
