This is a forum game.
You can summit a character by specifying 4 points of data:
Name/title: This will determine the style and personality of the character. Examples: "Lancelot the brave", "Dark Lord Sauron", "Joe Smith"
Classification: This will determine the characters abilities and goals. Examples: "Fallen paladin", "Politician", "Axedwarf"
Position: This will determine the starting situation of the character. Examples: "King", "fisherman", "Adventurer"
A link to a TV tropes article. Be prepared for it to be applied in a different way than you intended, or played with.
Once 10 or so character have been submitted, the three most unique, interesting, creative, and conductive to serious roleplaying will be chosen. Each one with a specific storytelling role:
Home base/villain, who will be very powerful and command things from a distance.
Hero/anti-hero, who will do clasic protagonist stuff.
Wildcard/gimmick of Three, hehehe.
There will be some unique elements of GM/player interaction working ifferent than most RPs:
The characters will be determined by the GM going by the data points, the details of the characters will not be determined by the players. I will however try to stick to what seems to be the general idea with the exception of a few twists, and if you don't like it you can just raise objection.
The plot and setting will be affected by the kinds of player characters submitted, even ones not actually making it into the game might affect it.
Even those that doesn't play can still contribute: they can suggest actions to NPCs or even scenery like in text adventures! Example:
> serpent: quickly retrieve arms from hollow tree.
Everything and anything will pass through my official posts and artistic judgement before becoming canon. Technically.
Now get on it and submit some characters!
