www.uox3.org

pretty easy to set up and shape your own world ;)

I hate the other emulators :( And I'm not sure I want to play on an existing shard...

Maybe I'll get to it in the winter, again. But right now, somebody else has to do it ;)

Don't shy away from the dates on the front page. Code gets updated, dates listing last update dont :D

Best way to get some help is to register on their forums and hang around the IRC chat. New forum accounts seem to lure the active coders to IRC ;)

Wish there was an easy to use windows-XP map editor for Ultima.

Pandora sounds interesting, but I am not sure what I think of "No skill cap" 0.o

Also, if we are all going to play UO, and form a guild or something, do we want a particular focus?

Yeah I am not a huge fan of no skill cap.

Pandora has been locking up every 2-5 mins for 10-30 seconds, last night and today as well. Not sure if it is chronic or not but it is annoying as hell, and it is a server issue, not on my end.

I'd say we could shoot for making a treasure hunting guild, I never got a chance to mess with treasure maps much. But, it does take several diverse skills, and the money is pretty good so I hear. We could each take one-two of the skills could take to the high seas and get enough gold to roll into a castle and take it from there.

Here is a guide to treasure hunting, we would need a few fisherdwarves as well to find said maps: http://vboards.stratics.com/showthread.php?t=213147

Is treasure hunting a Stygian abyss only thing? If not, I say we roll on an older model server.

Treasure hunting has been around for a long time, at least from T2a I think.

Ok, the only reason I like SA is because of the interface of the enhanced client is so much better and there are playable gargoyles.

Paradise Found is a detailed Mondain's Legacy era family-oriented server with cool seeming people. But, if we want a RPpvp/pk server that is not so touchy-feely, I don't know of a good one off hand..will have to keep looking around

Well, Stygian is OK, but Pandora seems meh, from the brief time I spent on it, and looking around.

Too damn many servers..I am trying Demise atm, looking ok, rppvp and it works with the enhanced client, though there are some glitchs with my packpack, have to hit the green button to make items inside show up as a list. It works with the regular 2D client as well. And, there are like 350 players on right now
