Weight Set Mod v.1

Well, I made a small custom workshop and two reactions, all somewhat based off of the training workshops in the Genesis mod by Deon.  I wanted to provide a workshop that also trains the armor wearing and shield using skills, so I made a small weight set workshop to compliment the others.  Simply two reactions, both requiring a stone but it doesn't destroy the stone.  One builds the armor skill, the other the shield skill, the rational being that lifting weights acclimates a dwarf to the stresses of extra weight of armor and a shield.  Simple enough.  I might as well upload it, but whats the best way to do it?  Is there any problem with megaupload/rapidshare, or is another host preferred?
