a simple question
« on: July 09, 2010, 07:26:15 pm »

I was wondering about the amount of sarcasm that circulates the forum.
this might enlighten me, or show me how much users want to disturb and troll.
so either way, enjoy.

Somehow this thread is vaguely reminiscent of one of those tests the scientologists are fond of...

Sarcasm equates to evil? Even the worst of trolls can do good for the world while still getting their lols in. There isn't much logic or point behind this thread.

that was neither said, implied, or intended as a meaning.

On the DnD alignment scale, I fall into Neutral Good, Chaotic Good, or Chaotic Neutral, depending on my mood.
That may or may not answer your question, but whatever.

No becuase humanity is evil and it is better not to help them do evil things. The world is not much better. The animals would just eat you. I might help the plants though becuase all they do is eat sunlight and make it so I can breath and their innocent.

I do not want to do good for the world and for humanity. I do not know what the world and humanity need. I do not know better than the world, and only know better than the world for myself. Thus I wish to do good for myself, for my family, for my friends, and for my community. Only in this sense do I wish to do good for the world, for the world is an incredibly complicated place, and what seems like helpful food aid one year can cause a decade-long drought from people finding it easier to have good done to them than to do good for themself.

Also I'm horrendously sarcastic, which is getting me in trouble.

Unfortunately, the D&D alignment system is of dubious value.
