Quote posts don't count as votes.
People like forgetting this rule, and trying to twist it :P

..Why does that rule exist, anyway?

It might be ToonyMan trying to remove votes for people he doesn't like, but it also might be removal of possible quote pyramids. Quote pyramids can lead to locks if they get out of hand :P

Garret is like a medieval Batman.  In his first game he kills a god (by stealing his eye).  In the second he kills the industrial revolution, including a *lot* of robots.
And in the third he goes through... The Cradle. *shudder* surviving that is far more impressive than anything else he's done.
You have forgotten the truth already?  :D
...I was TRYING to. :(
And now you know why I didn't mention Thief 3.
I played the Cradle at 1AM.  At a friend's house in the middle of a forest, with a mile of dirt road to the nearest neighbor.
Said house used to be a tuberculosis sanitarium.
My room on the second floor had a door that opened into thin air.

I don't want to think about that night any more than I have to!

Here's a picture of the place.  http://maps.google.com/maps?q=4404+rivermont+road&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=4404+Rivermont+Rd,+Durham,+North+Carolina+27712&gl=us&ei=oARnTNv8FMH48Aa2rYm2BA&ved=0CBMQ8gEwAA&ll=36.057877,-78.964255&spn=0.007962,0.01929&z=16&layer=c&cbll=36.057805,-78.96418&panoid=9viTMXatqijiZaYLCvQTYA&cbp=12,235.31,,0,-1.86
