Garret uses a water arrow.

Garret is like a medieval Batman.  In his first game he kills a god (by stealing his eye).  In the second he kills the industrial revolution, including a *lot* of robots.

Quote is awesome too and it's close.  A shame he was never nominated :D

Also he stole Org from the orc.  If I keep saying it it'll become true.
