Pshaw, if FF8 has taught us anything, it's that Gilgamesh is so dumb that he hangs onto a weapon that is literally incapable of dealing more than 1 damage. The Excalipoor, is what I think it was called.

Worse: In FF6 you run into him... and he becomes one of your summons when you give him the excalipoor. Yes, he actually PAID the heroes for that thing. He also apparently travels dimensions at will, meaning it's the same guy in every FF he's in. Of course, this isn't the FF Gilgamesh anyway, so it doesn't matter.
