I vote Gilgamesh.

The anime one has a world killing weapon, don't know about the others. King Gilgamesh doesn't have one, thats for sure, just don't know about the Epic one and the one from Final Fantasty.

All three Gilgameshes are awesome.  FF5 for being hilarious,  Epic for being... epic, and Wulfenbach for doing angst *right*.

He whines about people looking down on him, but he does so as he beats the crap out of them.  Then he rides clanks and summons lightning.  Then he tries to be a fair and just prince (which causes people to look down on him).

He's also madly in love, but isn't a moron about it.
