Falling body parts kill?
« on: July 08, 2010, 11:26:27 am »

If, say, I was planning on building a 99 Z sacrificial tower of Armok and wanted my priestly dwarves to sit one tine away in meditation as they get covered in corpses and blood, what is the likelihood they would all die?

P.S Some dying of course is A 0.K, cause Immigrants are annoying and if you die in the service of Armok, 's basically dwarfy.

As far as I can tell, falling objects do no damage.  Unless they're on fire, or covered in forgotten beast contact poison blood or something similar, the rain of body parts should do no damage to your meditating dwarves.  They may get a coating of blood splatters, which they will if possible attempt to wash off if they have access to a water source.

Blood splatter is good, even wanted. :D

This, could be a fun fort if I ever figure out how to make it...
